Our favourite rooms
Each super-tasteful suite or villa has a jaw-dropping ocean view and its own infinity plunge pool. Bathrooms throughout are divine, surrounded by leafy gardens with huge baths, sofas and fun outdoor showers. Pick an Ocean View Pool Suite or any category above for vast king-size beds and plenty of space: the living room can easily be converted into a second bedroom to sleep up to four, and there are two bathrooms. The two-bedroom Ocean Front Pool Villa is an even larger option, which can accommodate a cot easily in either of the king-size or twin bedrooms; Villa 407 sits right on the seafront, so you have undisturbed vistas and utter privacy.
Every villa has its own infinity plunge pool, but you’ll need to keep a sharp eye on little ones, as they’re not gated. A fabulous unheated 45m saltwater lap pool stretches along the resort’s beachfront, surrounded by inviting day-beds and sunloungers. Kids can borrow floats and splash there safely as lifeguards watch the pool and beach 8am–7pm. Swimming lessons for adults and children are also available from the club’s qualified staff.
Trisara’s spa (open 10am–8pm) is drop-dead gorgeous, offering private treatment suites with sea views that open out to breezy pavilions and gardens. Indulge in all-natural Sodashi products from Australia; the signature six-handed Royal Trisara massage (which involves pampering by three therapists) is a must-try. The spa takes a holistic approach: guests are offered healing therapies such as Reiki, meditation or cranio-sacral therapy. Over-4s can also be treated to gentle 30-minute or hour-long massages.
You’ll find fresh tropical fruit and Trisara chocolate truffles in your room, as well as a beach bag to carry your essentials to the shore.
Trisara supports the Keep Phuket Clean campaign, including regular beach clean-ups; catches rainwater for use in gardens and rooms; uses air-con energy to heat water in villas, and avoids chemical treatments for its saltwater pools and mosquitos.
